Your driver will carry a sign with your group name listed and will meet you at your arrival gate for domestic travel. For international travel, the driver will meet you just outside of customs. If for some reason you do not see the sign and driver, the default meeting spot is at the Banff Airporter tour desk, main arrivals, area B.

Activity and Dinner Transfers
For all private vehicle transportation in Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise you will be picked up at your location of choice.
All activity and dinner transfers include 3 hours of wait time. This means that for the price quoted the driver will wait at the destination for you for a maximum of 3 hours. At the end of the 3 hours the driver will then return you to your desired drop off location.
If you would like to stay at the location for an hour or so longer that’s not a problem. In this case we will just add an additional charge for each additional hour. However, if you would like to go somewhere for the whole day pricing will differ from an activity/dinner transfer. For example: You wish to go to Sunshine Village for skiing/hiking for multiple hours. In this case you would be better to organize a regional transfer, which is classed as two separate legs of travel. In this case the driver will depart after dropping you off, and return only for the designated pick up time.
Banff Airporter® offers secure online bookings. Bookings can be made online up to one hour prior to departure and via the phone up to the departure time. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
We offer cancellation insurance allowing you to cancel your reservations prior to the time of transfer and get a full refund. Travelers who choose not to purchase cancellation insurance are still able to transfer their reservations for a one year period. This includes changing dates, times, names and directions…the booking is fully open for one year. To take advantage of these great offers you need to contact us prior to your schedule departure. These changes are all FREE of charge.
If you sleep in on your return and miss your shuttle, you can still travel with us. You simply pay a $25 reactivation fee and then your booking is, once again, open for a one year period. This fee needs to be paid on the same day that you were originally scheduled to depart. In other words, you can’t miss the shuttle, call us 3 weeks later and use your booking.
Plan on having 30 minutes to collect your bags and make it to our desk for domestic arrivals and 45 minutes for international arrivals. For example if your plane is scheduled to arrive at Calgary Airport between 12:15 and 12:30 we suggest you book your spot on the 13:30 scheduled service to Banff. If it’s tighter than this, for example for a plane scheduled to arrive at 12:50 we suggest you book the 14:30 and then move on to the 13:30 if you arrive on time/early. This is to avoid booking the 13:30, missing it and then finding the 14:30 is sold out, leaving you having to wait until 15:30. When travelling from Banff or Canmore to Calgary, plan on arriving one hour prior to your flight departure to a domestic flight and two hours prior to an international flight.
