Meeting Your Driver
			- International Arrivals: Your driver will meet you after you clear Customs and collect your luggage.
- Domestic Arrivals: Your driver will meet you at the luggage carousel of your arriving flight.
- A Banff on Demand® representative will be holding a sign with your name.
- All reservations require a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express payment at the time of booking.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation number. If you do not receive one, please contact us immediately.
- More than 48 hours prior to travel you can recieve an 80% refund
- Within 48 hours of travel the booking is non-refundable
- We will do our best to accommodate, but they cannot be guaranteed. If the change results in more than a 4-hour time difference, it will be treated as a new booking, with new charges.
- Our staff monitors all flights for delays.
- 45 minutes of complimentary wait time is included. After 45 minutes, extra charges apply at $20 per 15 minutes.
- Unless prearranged, if a flight is delayed by more than 2 hours, the vehicle will depart and charges will still apply.
- Cleaning fees may apply if vehicles are left in poor condition. Minimum $500 charge for bodily fluid clean-up (to cover cleaning and downtime).
- No smoking is permitted in any company vehicle.
- Vehicles are limited to paved roads only (e.g., not accessible to Whitemans Pond or other gravel-road locations).
- Ski/snowboards must be in a bag.
- Bikes must be packaged in a box.
- Banff on Demand® is not responsible for delays caused by weather or road hazards.
- Banff on Demand® is not responsible for delays caused by weather and road hazards. In the rare event of a missed flight or event due to a vehicle breakdown compensation is limited to the cost of the Banff on Demand® ground transportation price.
- A 2% monthly interest charge will apply to all past due balances.
- Interest accrues from the due date until full payment is received.
- To avoid additional charges, we kindly ask that payments are made on time.
