Please respond within this time to ensure availability. Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to travel will receive an 80% refund. After that time bookings are non refundable. Changes to reservations will be accommodated as best as possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Change fees of $10\/change apply. Flight delays happen. Your booking includes 30 minutes of wait time for flight delays. After that time has expired extra charges will apply at $20\/15 minutes. Unless prearranged, if a 2 hour flight delay occurs we will depart and all charges will apply. Cleaning fees may apply if the bus is left in poor condition. Bodily fluid clean up has a minimum $500 charge to compensate for cleaning and vehicle downtime.
